Carter Groves, Partner

Carter has 24 years of investment and operations experience across private equity and infrastructure. Prior to co-founding Quad Hill Partners, Carter was a Partner of Quintana Infrastructure & Development LLC, an investment management company organized in 2011 to focus on mid-market value-add infrastructure investments in North America. Carter served on the Boards of Directors of Enstone LLC, Frontier Utilities LLC, and telMAX Inc. (including service as Chairman of the Audit Committee). In addition, he currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Mashburn, LLC.
Carter was previously at J.F. Lehman & Company, a New York-based private equity firm focused on aerospace, defense, and industrial investments; The CapStreet Group, a middle-market private equity firm in Houston, TX and Cardtronics, Inc., a prior CapStreet investment. He began his career in corporate restructuring with Arthur Andersen.
Carter received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma honors. Carter has been active in philanthropic endeavors with a particular focus on higher education through his service on various fundraising and scholarship committees related to The University of Texas at Austin.
Gregg Snyder, Partner

Gregg Snyder has 23 years of investment and operational experience across various industries. Before co-founding Quad Hill Partners, he served as President of Gulf Coast Waste, a Houston-based medical waste collection and disposal company; CEO of Affiliated Power Services, an industrial heat transfer service and fabrication business in Channelview, Texas; and CEO of Glendale Boat Works, a full-service industrial shipyard in the Houston Ship Channel.
Gregg began his career in banking, spending approximately eight years in the industry. Following his graduation, he joined Bank of America’s Global Corporate Investment Bank in Dallas.
He currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Beacon Funeral Partners and New Horizons Seguros and is a member of the Houston Advisory Board of Cadence Bank. Additionally, he serves on the Board of the Deer Valley Club and participates in its financial and Winter Olympics subcommittees.
Greg received a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from Rice Business School.
Richard Moss, Partner

Richard has 22 years of investment banking experience primarily focused on M&A for industrial and natural resources companies. Prior to co-founding Quad Hill Partners, Richard was a Managing Director of Petrie Partners, LLC, an investment bank focused on M&A and advisory transactions in the energy industry. Richard has advised public and private companies on over $100 billion in M&A and financing transactions over his career. His transaction experience spans industries such as energy transition; upstream, midstream, and downstream energy; metals & mining; chemicals; airlines and general industrials, among others.
Richard was previously at Goldman Sachs & Co. and Scotiabank Howard Weil; he began his career at Petrie Parkman & Co. Currently, Richard serves on the board of Precision Building Products and has served on the board of The Children’s Fund, a Houston-based charity.
Richard received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
